Make study work for you
26 October 2020
Studying, especially for exams, can be challenging but there are ways to reduce anxiety, including taking the time to prepare properly.
All students are reminded to take advantage of the resources on Connect, the integrated online environment, where they will find study tips and self-care strategies to help them through challenging periods.
Aside from the information provided by our experienced teachers, students are also encouraged to make the most of additional services such as literacy support.

Natalie, Canning College's Literacy Support Teacher, can help students with their spoken and written English, making it easier for them to understand questions, instructions and assessment tasks in all subjects.
Natalie can also provide students with feedback on assessment preparation they have already completed. On campus students can make an appointment at the Literacy Support room. Online students should email firstname.lastname@example.org to make a Webex appointment.
As always, our team of student advisors and school psychologist can also provide advice and assistance to help students approach their exams with confidence.
