Course Overview During this course you will acquire skills in Word processing, Excel, Electronic Communication, Work skills, PowerPoint and MYOB version 19.
Certification Gained Completion Certificate
OR
BSB20115 Certificate II in Business for those students who demonstrate the associated skills and competencies via ongoing assessments.
Suitable For Adults who are wishing to return to the workforce; looking for a new career opportunity or as a pathway to vocational training in Business or Information Technology.
Course Duration 9 weeks
Time Allocation 22 hours per week over four days.
Prerequisites Age prerequisite:
Students need to be at least 17 years of age as of the 1 January of the current year. If you are 18 years or older when the course starts, you will also need to complete a National Police History Check through Canning College. This will cost $46. Please read the attached National Police Clearance Letter to prospective students from Canning College Principal, Alan Genoni.

To enrol, phone first to check if there are vacancies. If there are, you need to visit Student Services in person

Please bring in 100 point identification documentation and an additional $46 nonrefundable fee for the Department of Education National Police History Check (NPHC). This fee is forwarded to the Department of Education Screening Unit with your application. Your enrolment is not finalised until the NPHC application is approved.

Refund Policy Students who withdraw more than 10 business days prior to the course start date will incur a $20 administration fee. Withdrawals less than 10 business days will not be entitled to a refund.
