STUDENT ACCOMMODATION JUST MINUTES FROM CAMPUS
New student accommodation located just a few minutes from Canning College is set to open in July for students over 18 years of age.
The Yugo Perth University Campus (YPUC) is a significant addition to the accommodation choices available to Canning College students, which include UniLodge at Curtin University, the Australian Homestay Network and private/shared rentals.
The Yugo Perth University Campus is a privately developed, purpose-built student accommodation facility that offers a wide range of living options, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, theatre, games room and study hall.
A retail precinct, including café, food court and convenience store, will be developed in the future.
Introductory discounts available
Yugo Perth University Campus, which is directly across from Canning College, has opened Expressions of Interest for students seeking a modern and convenient accommodation experience.
For a limited-time, Yugo Perth University Campus is offering a 30% discount on Semester 2 and full-year leases. Students should use the promotional code 30YPUC2026 to access the discount.
During this introductory period, room costs start at $245 per week (twin studio) increasing to $386 (studio double). Single studio rooms start from $349 per week at the discounted rate.

New facilities, new experience
Throughout construction, the facility developer has communicated regularly with Canning College, providing updates and feedback. Discussions have also been held with the accommodation management team.
The student accommodation is located on McKay Street and is ideally located to service students from Canning College and Curtin University. The new accommodation options include ensuite co-living, studios and multi-bedroom apartments.
Yugo Perth University Campus also offers an events program with wellness activities, cultural events and workshops focused on career assistance to complement university programs.
